The apartment is incredibly clean, neat and comfortable with a wonderful King sized bed and a well set up kitchen and bathroom. On-site parking is a plus and you are located a 3 minute walk from Umina Beach. Local shops, cafes, bars are also an easy walk away and you can walk to Ettalong beach as well. Deb is a wonderful host and was incredibly welcoming with helpful tips and recommendations for the local area. I will definately be back.

This stay is beautiful, a luxurious retreat for the family or friends. As soon as you open the door you feel and see grandeur.Comfort with elegance is how I would describe this well presented home. A fantastic location to explore the beautiful area of North Curl Curl and beyond. We had the joy of staying at this comfortable home for several weeks and even on stormy days, enjoyed the ocean views and sunrises.The home is well equipped with a great kitchen and added extras to feel really at home. The owner is really responsive to any issues.

Suzi's house was very comfortable and cosy for our family of six adults. Great location just a few minutes' walk to the local beach and a short drive to the surf beach or shops at Umina.

The property is located in an amazing location near anything one could want. My family flew from Spain to visit Australia and their experience was vastly improved by the convenience and location of the property. Communication with the host was perfect and everything was exactly as described. Will book again in the future :)

A beautiful tranquil place to say with unlimited views of the ocean and saw dolphins!If you want to refresh your soul and enjoy the natural wonders of Mother Nature this is the place. Lots of bush walks as well. The closest restaurants and cafe is Umina but that is only a 5 minute drive.Our host Graham was very responsive to our emails and provided great information on walks and the amenities. I would certainly recommend this place.

stayed at the coachhouse apt one, for 5 nights with a friend and my old dog!lloved the closeness to the water and loved the fact that a cafe was next door !The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was all you would need for a relaxing holiday right on the water....we didnt have a car which was a bit restricting for shopping but there were buses close Would def recommendKay
