Belconnen lake rentals

We had a short break of 5 days at this property, which we found to be a relaxing, lovely space which was warm, clean, well equipped, and had a beautiful view over the lake and cityscape of Belconnen.The sunsets were amazing, and Caroline was kind and hospitable to our needs.I would recommend this property without hesitation

Beautiful unit - spacious, clean & modern, had everything we needed and more.

Jocelyn was a great host she was so welcoming and communicated within short notice if we needed anything. The house was clean and the air con worked really well. Plenty of space so we didnt feel like we were ontop of each other.

Everything was excellent, the apartment was amazing, clean and tidy with beautiful views, and the location and the amenities were great. Definitely a five star stay and we would definitely stay there again. For future consideration/feedback (while we gave a 5 star rating on check-in; because we really loved our stay) we found it difficult to find the key from just going off the map provided via check-in details - maybe you could supply the name of the laundry mat or actual address which might make it easier (it took us 11/2 hours and a phone call to eventually find the key). Also, It would have been nice/easier if we had 2 sets of keys so we could go seperate ways at times because we couldn’t leave the room when one of us went out or the kids went to gym or swimming. Finally, the TV didn’t have access to free to air channels eg channel 10, 7 or 9.

Highly recommend this 2x1 house which has everything you could possibly need for any amount of time. We were surprised how big this place was inside. Each bedroom has either a queen or king bed, semi ensuite, massive lounge area and great kitchen, dining area and lovely little patio out the back. The owner was very friendly and quick with replies. The driveway can be a little tricky if you have a large car, beware of the rocks on the left hand side. Good idea to take some earplugs as there is a main road not far from the property. The property is located in a good area not far from most of the attractions in Canberra.

Property suited our needs while working in Canberra

The place was perfect for me, very clean and located well with nearby shops and public transport. Was a little upset about the checkin process. It was going to cost me 99 extra to check in early, after already paying 1430 to stay the week. Otherwise I enjoyed the place!
