Villa is as it looks in the pictures it’s a great space for a family. The bedrooms are all excellent sizes with nice bathrooms. Lots of nearby restaurants, coffee spots and spas to choose from.We were there in rainy season which did make the open living space very hot and humid. This area would benefit greatly from a couple of ceiling fans. There are two pedestal fans but they make little impact in such a big area.

This villa was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Having 2 rooms and a separate living area, with the most beautiful pool, and incredible staff looking after us, was exactly what we needed to come home to, after busy days in Seminyak. Thank you!

This was the second time I have rented this villa. It is close to Eat Street shops and restaurants. The villa staff are most accommodating and check-in was seamless.

The property suited us as a family of 4. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs all with bathrooms. The proximity to the main strip of Seminyak is great and basil kitchen is great for value and quality meals - order via WhatsApp and pickup/deliver. Close to great places like coffee cartel and sisterfields. The spa tisya spa across the road is great as well and there are two mini Marts right out the front for all your necessities. Annie who looks after the house is AMAZING and helped us with all of our needs. She will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. This villa really is something else - so spacious and lush it feels like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak while still being very close to restaurants, shops and bars. The staff here truly went above and beyond with their hospitality, I would highly recommend this villa to any large groups.

The staff were fantastic and accomodating, wouldn’t have even known that they were there, but still looked and cared for us like family. The location and the house itself was perfect for our family needs of 5. The property was clean and spacious couldn’t recommend a place more. Definitely coming back.
