Find mountain rentals near Langsett Reservoir

Well thought out cottage design very well presented but testing for size - just an extra 5% of space would yielded 20% increase in convenience and enjoyment. Hosts and neighbours are excellent. Parking is unusual but workable. As a couple (one Aussie and one Aussie born in Yorkshire) we really enjoyed our time at this cottage and would highly recommend it. Walk to village is 10 minutes and huge number of attractions within 40 mins.

Great place for a break my only concern was the car parking we ordered a small suv rental but we received an upgrade to a 7 seater wouldn’t suggest it if you’re coming here

Wonderful property with everything you need. Jenny is very attentive and easy to communicate with. I'd recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Holme Valley.

Really grateful to Helen who made us feel so welcome, from the fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived late so we could still enjoy a cup of tea, to even shovelling the path out from the cottage when it snowed on our last day! The cottage is really cosy and so comfortable with everything you need to feel right at home.

Stayed at Brook Hill Cottage from 29th September 2018 to the 3rd October 2018 Lovely house with everything that is needed for a home away from home. The house was very spacious, very clean and comfortable, fully equipped for cooking at home. We were given a warm welcome by Angela and enjoyed our stay there immensely. We were able to do day trips to York and many local attractions. We would love to stay at this house again and would recommend it to family and friends. Regards Peter, Dolores and family
