Beautiful little stay here, everything we needed!

Great hospitality, cute and comfy. The stairs are the only downside with infant but didn’t effect our overall experience.

The house was lovely and the wood fire kept it very warm. It was only a 5 minute walk to the shuttle bus area for Whakapapa (Mt Ruapehu) shuttle buses, which was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location and great cottage. Rail history is fascinating and location is close enough jump off point for the Alpine Crossing.

Excellent spot to base yourself for Tongariro National Park. Has everything you need and checking in/out was a breeze.
