College Park oceanfront rentals

The host was very communicative and even before we came let us know that there are some renovation going on and offered to compensate us. When we arrived, the check in process was easy and seamless, and the tradies were considerate and friendly.The house was clean and well organised and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Loved walking into the city along the river and through the Botanic Gardens. Nice hotel with pool and gym.

location close to Linear park was great. very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds and set up in the lounge and kitchen. Host was responsive for questions. Great all round and highly recommended

Amazing Property - Exceeded Expectations!This property is even better than described in the listing. Upon arrival, we were greeted with thoughtful basics like bread, milk, eggs, wine, and coffee pods, which were greatly appreciated. Communication with Jessica was spot on. The house was super clean and very comfortable, and the location was amazing, allowing us to walk into the city and to the Norwood Parade. We will definitely book this house again for our next family visit to Adelaide.

Good area, close to shops and the city.

Great place to stay, so close to everything. Having a dedicated carparking spot an added bonus. Unfortunately the WiFi was a bit hit and miss, but I'm sure this will be corrected

Very impressed with this heritage cottage in a great location. Very quirky but with everything you need kitchen and bathroom and a cute rear courtyard that captures the sun. Lagualle cutlery. Near great local pubs and Melbourne St. Interesting art. Very nicely appointed.

We had the most satisfying and enjoyable stay with a wonderful exeptional host when nothing was too much trouble. We were honoured to be their guests and would highly recommend.We can't wait to go back!
