Mortlake oceanfront rentals

While a bit out of the centre, Kew Gardens is beautiful and much less hectic. Comfortable, warm and spacious. Long term fellow sharer was friendly and even helped mw with laundry. The landlady was helpful and responsive when I had a payment problem.

We had a fabtastic time in Mortlake, this property was wonderful. House is beautiful, modern, clean and has all the amenities we needed. Close to shops, restaurants and transport. Nice quiet, safe neighbourhood. We would definitely stay here again.

This property has an excellent location - a 2 min walk to the train station as well as being on a major bus route. It is a small property; bedroom, tiny bathroom, kitchen/dining/living but is all we needed. We briefly met the host, very accommodating and kind. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and biscuits provided on check in. Lacked a few basics...no tea towel, no tongs, picnic set of cutlery(!!) with max 2 spoons...mmmmmm. But micrro wave, hot plates, washer/dryer and heaters all worked well. Bedroom quite noisy - tricky if you're a light sleeper. Traffic noise all night...but it is on the south circular, so expected I guess. Double glazing would fix it! On the whole we were happy, mostly because it was well located to transport, Thames path, Kew Gardens.
