Great location where you can walk or ride (bike available to use) around Geneva. Catherine is also a great and friendly host that will be able to help you with any questions you may have. In terms of size and general comfort, this is an impressive studio apartment. The apartment is generally well equipped and with a compact but functional kitchen; is set well back from Route De Malagnou and therefore quiet; and has a lovely balcony. The public transport links are excellent and the apartment is within easy walking distance from major supermarkets. The apartment did get a bit warm during the recent spell of hot weather in Geneva, so a fan would have been a nice (and cheap) inclusion. That said, the only significant demerit of the apartment is that the washing machine listed in the inclusions is not in fact in the apartment. Rather, there is a laundry room in the building and to use the washing machine you need to get in touch with the (very nice) concierge every time you want to use it. Notably, there is, what for us, was a totally redundant bidet in the bathroom. Were this to be replaced with a washing machine, I would then consider the apartment to be outstanding.
