Devina the receptionist is gentle, helpful and courteous with a smile all the time.
Stanley the bell boy is fluent in English, exceptional helpful. We witnessed the worse storm forb75 years. All public transportation closed down. No taxi and uber price got sky high. Stanley helped to make phone calls (which I don't have a local Sim). Made enquiries and help us sort out the problems. So fortunate to meet personnel when you are in a foreign country. Also only minute away from metro. I highly recommend and will come back.
