The loft was great and felt very roomy with two people staying there. The air conditioning was definitely a positive. Sophie gave us good recommendations for things to as well.

Thank you Willi for providing us with a clean, quiet space to relax after our sightseeing. Access to public transport and the supermarket were easy. We loved Lyon and should have stayed longer. We found Lyon to be very interesting and hope to return one day to complete our exploring.

Apartment was as advertised in a great location in the third arrondissement. A great neighbourhood to explore for food & shopping. Don’t be tempted to settle for the very touristy cafes closest to the apartment-venture deeper into the suburb and you will discover some absolute gems. We loved Bistro 69 which is fun and is owned by Morad who is very hospitable. We enjoyed superb mussels in garlic one night. Murad loves English 80’s music…repeat. Marguerite Restaurant from the Paul Bacuse Group is certainly highly recommended for an outstanding dining experience. There are several bakeries close by to the apartment so just try each one to see which suits you. There are several supermarkets near the apartment-all good. Les Halles is paradise for foodies-open 7 days a week. Go there and eat & shop. Be aware that nothing is open in Lyon on a Sunday so stock up on food for the day. Bénédicte was an excellent concierge and was happy to answer any questions that we had. She welcomed us on arrival and helped to navigate the car park. I would not recommend trying to navigate the car park at night on your own. It’s a complex arrangement but once shown it is OK. You could easily stay at the apartment without a car. The apartment was easy to access from the street and from the parking basement lift. We were happy with the apartment. Good wifi, well equipped kitchen, washing machine (no dryer). Quiet and relaxing environment away from the city noise and traffic. Perfect.

We enjoyed 3 nights in the apartment as our base for exploring Lyon.The apartment had everything we needed and was conveniently located near a small supermarket, a tram and metro station, and some local restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful especially when we encountered some issues external to the apartment. A great place away from the noise of the central area.
