Very comfortable, well appointed recently renovated 2 bedroom, pet friend house with a nice court courtyard that lives up to the photos. Arthur at Boutique Stays was very good to deal with.

My family of 4 stayed herecfor 10 days whilst in Melbourne for a sporting competition. We really wanted a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne. The pictures of the garden were what really drew us in and it was just as beautiful in reality! It felt like home and we really looked forward to heading back each day to relax! Lovely and quite and tranquil. A nice 18 minbwalk to Hamlet which quickly became our favourite coffee stop. Thanks Fiona, you made everything very easy!

What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. Our hosts were so accommodating, generous and thoughtful. The house is everything stated and more. Location great Quality furniture and furnishings.
