The place was clean and tidy, and supplied with some good cooking equipment. However, it would have been much better if the airconditioning was cooler, there was more toilet paper, dish wash liquid and dish washer tablets. The hot water system struggled to keep warm water so we had a few cold showers! Also trying to get in touch with the property manager was impossible! Should have supplied a WhatsApp phone number for ease of communication. Also better directions on how to locate the flat and which room to open. Otherwise we had a great time looking around Madrid.
