A huge shoutout to Ida and her team for making our stay so warm and welcoming. I can highly recommend staying at this amazing and spacious villa. It’s literally a 5 min walk to the Main Street of Seminyak and a 10min walk to the Seminyak beach.

An amazing villa in a great location. Very clean and well maintained, far enough from the main road to be quiet, but close enough that you're no more than a 15 minite walk to everything you need. I like that there's a separate little flat within the villa for a sense of space for those who need it. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Villa and excellent location. However you need to get the driver to drop you and pick you up from the Pearl Hotel as the villa is in a lane way beside the Pearl hotel and a bit hard to find the first time. Would stay there again. thank you

Fantastic villa close to everything in Seminyak. The staff are incredible! Very clean and spacious for larger groups. We had 13 adults and it was a bit of a stretch for available bedding but it would comfortably accommodate 10 to 11. Absolutely LOVED our stay. Highly recommend Villa Annecy.

Thanks to the property manager and staff who made my stay a pleasure. An older villa with a layout that was set up simply and efficiently. I would happily stay here again. Regards NW
