Such a nice play to enjoy your family holiday! We stayed at Castanea cottage which has almost everything you need to relax and enjoy your holidays. You will love the warmth from a fireplace with well stocked wood, kindling, and fire starters. If you want more heat in winter, their Sauna facility is there for you to enjoy. Each bed has an electric blanket plus two rooms have wall panel heaters. Generous breakfast provision is another impressive point. Nice home theatre sound system with Netflix is a bonus too. If you are planning a snow trip at Lakemountain alpline resort. I strongly recommended trying this place.

Immaculate, well equiped property. Perfect place for the whole family to unplug and relax. Huge beautifully kept garden with nature trails through the trees. Highly recommended.

We had an unforgettable stay here. From the moment we arrived, we felt at peace, surrounded by nature and the warmth of this beautiful home. The craftsmanship and character of the house are truly special. Waking up to stunning views and birdsong each morning was magical. We spent our days exploring, relaxing, and enjoying quality family time. Our little one loved every moment, and our dog had a great time too, with plenty of space to roam. We did not realise that we would not be alone on the property for the duration of our stay, but we had privacy for the most part. Gorgeous views and the pool makes for very beautiful pictures.

The house was great - clean and well presented and had all the basic amenities. Location was close to cafes and shops. House was spacious and well furnished.

Overall the place was nice for a tiny home. It was a bit disappointing that there was a property so close to the accomodation. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. I would also suggest to the owner to put the Jiffy fire lighters outside as the accomodation smelt like fuel when we arrived. Some of the electrics were not working as well. Be prepared to cut up all of your firewood into tiny slithers as that is all that you will manage to fit into the fireplace. All in all a pretty relaxing stay.
