Great property for our group of 5 couples 50-60. Good size bedrooms and comfortable beds, plenty of bathroom options and a very quiet location on a no through road. Very helpful hosts who had great local recommendations.

This Berkeley Cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice shopping area nearby. It was the perfect place for us to recoup and enjoy some downtime while exploring the East Bay. We appreciated Patty’s hospitality and the parking space she made available to us.

This is an outstanding property .. The host was friendly and helpful , the location excellent and the accomodation clean and modern. Highly recommended
