We booked this property for 4 Dads needing to have a weekend away and leave the kids and wives at home This was the ideal location and accommodation. The jetty provided a great spot to drop some crab nets and cast a line, whilst the open plan feel of the house gave us the perfect venue to discuss the matters that matter (what we would do as WCE coach, what would be most beneficial? - a third leg or a third arm, and do lactose intolerant people look angry when asked to say cheese? Just to name a few)We were within 15-20 mins from some of the best golf courses in the area and beaches for night fishing.Communication from the host was frequent without being bombarding. This was our second stay at this property and our family had a wonderful time here again. This property has everything a large group or family needs for a very comfortable stay. Our hosts were accommodating with an earlier check in and communication was spot on. This property is well kept, clean and has lovely decor. Our hosts also left a lovely welcoming gift which was very thoughtful.

The house is huge and has been beautifully updated and decorated. There is a small set of stairs which isn’t noted in the listing that was semi problematic for my older Mum but other than that, the house was perfect. Wonderful hosts, highly communicative when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a family

We really enjoyed the canal location and being able have a bit of room for our family.
