We had an absolutely incredible stay Gorgous property Amazing location so close to mystery bay beach Great ammenities We can’t wait to return

Overall the property was great, really beautiful views and great living space upstairs. Downstairs the room configuration was a little confusing and we were a bit disappointed to have to make the beds after a long drive to get to the destination.

Beautiful house and immaculate gardens. We stayed with our two giant dogs and has a beautiful time. Dog beach within a few minutes walk. Highly recommended.

We spent our family Christmas at Tilba Farm and it really was a country idyll. On a hill overlooking a small cattle farm but only minutes to the most beautiful beaches… it really is a little hidden gem in a very special place. We are all looking forward to returning. Lxx

Everything we needed for our stay, access to surrounding area.

Love staying here - it was our second time at this house. Ian is a wonderful host. House is well set up - 6 adults, with a space for each of our young adult kids. Kitchen is great!! We only ate out for one meal, and very happily cooked at home for the rest. Lots of fun, quirky decorations and features - My youngest loves the binoculars!!! But only saw one whale this year. And our dogs were welcome too. Love this spot xx
