Louis was a great host, excellent communication throughout our stay. Provided water and snacks. Kids were entertained with a good stock of games. Place is very close to falls attractions so is great value compared to nearby alternatives. My only point is that some aspects of the place need a little upkeep, but otherwise we had a great stay in Niagara.
