We had a wonderful stay at this property for my 50th birthday!

We stayed 9 nights - it was cosy and just what we needed while our house was being painted. Only has a kitchenette but with a bit of imagination we managed to cook for 2. Magnificent views and gardens.

What a wonderful house with everything you could possibly need. The large balcony with water views certainly made up for the bad weather. The garden was lovely and picking fresh veggies and herbs for our meals was a bonus. Great location to be able to walk to the beach and local bowling club.

We needed somewhere to stay for our son's wedding in the Southern Highlands and Lavinia's little cottage was perfect.

Thanks for the lovely hospitality. All set up and arrangement made us feel like home and been highly friendly treated. Each members of family(of course include Brittany our dog)want to express this truly feeling in their nature direct way. Thank you! Wow, this was an amazing holiday at Austinmer! It was significantly impacted by Trent and Kim’s beautiful home. It was better than pictures, perfect location, tastefully renovated and every small bit of comfort taken care off. They ensured basic things were all available and you don’t have to carry anything except your clothes and cosmetics. It doesn’t cost you much to go get basic essentials, but if available takes the hassle out entirely. They both were great with Comms from the word go and very helpful and clear in emails. The welcome chocolates and wine, were an icing on top! We loved it - every bit of it and would love to come back for another stay, hopefully soon! Thank you Kim and Trent.

We spent 4 days in Leura to scatter Mums ashes and celebrate her life. Family came from around the country for this occasion, and we rented 2 houses close to each other to accommodate everyone. As Orchard Cottage was the larger house, the family gatherings happened here. Orchard Cottage was perfect for this, with the large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen providing plenty of space. The house is stunning - very tastefully decorated, light and bright with great ambiance and positioned on a large block within walking distance of Leura Mall. The kitchen is very well appointed to allow easy entertaining, which we did every day. Carol was a pleasure to deal with through the booking and pre-arrival process and answered any questions I had promptly. The tray with wine and goodies on arrival was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in Leura.

Fantastic house with plenty of entertainment options, views of the water and stunning sunrises(great kitchen too). Avoid the RSL and Sharkys for food. It is definitely a drive to the beach as the return trip up the hill can be a bit tough.
