Amazing property. The homestead and cottage were spacious and so well equipped. Everything you could possibly need. It was all more than we expected from fresh eggs from the chickens, stacks of firewood, underfloor heating in the homestead so cosy and warm. Our granddaughters 5 and 8 loved feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs and walking the property. Tim was excellent with communication and generous in offering early check in and late checkout. A lovely getaway with my 8-year old daughter. We enjoyed the novelty of the tiny house, the adventure of finding and photographing 7 wild animals (set by the really friendly owner) and a fun and relaxing horse ride next day. The house is silent by night and the kangaroos are around in the morning to complete the experience. Given the limited indoor space, the property is best for a couple or close friends (the sofa only really fits two, even though there are 2 double beds once the sofa is converted). But it’s a pretty special experience and we were made to feel very welcome.
