Kaitieke pet-friendly rentals

We loved the warm family atmosphere and country cottage vibe including the green grass and big maple tree (and swing). Enjoyed the late summer light on the back verandah, and a wonderful roast dinner with the family after a beautiful walk at nearby Tongariro. Warm fireside chats late into the night and then up early the next day for a longer hike. Fantastic base for enjoying the delights of Tongariro National Park.

Absolutely great place to stay, clean, tidy and warm. Not far from the ski fields. Locals are super friendly. We are going to book this bach again next ski season. Only thing we noticed is there was no recycling bin but otherwise that it was perfect. Would recommend this place to anyone!
