Extremely enjoyable. Lovely home which was extremely pleasing to our entire family. The home had everything we needed for the family which included a 2 and 7 year old.

Great little house with direct access to the beach. Would benefit from some ceiling fans.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Super clean and spacious with 6 adults, 1 six month old and a dog it was the perfect house. Mandy was very efficient with communication and making our stay very comfortable. Being our first time staying at Batemans Bay we loved the walk from Surfside into town everyday and Mandy gave us some recommendations on what to see/do. Can’t wait to stay again soon

Beautiful surroundings, loved the scenery and location of the place. It is quite, close to Bateman Bay. Enjoyed organics eggs from the host. I would love to come again.

Wonderful property in an equally glorious location.The house is well set-up with all of the facilities that could possibly be needed. The facilities are first class.The hosts provided an incredible arrange of items in the kitchen (including cooking oils, spices, condiments, coffee pods) and laundry.This is the best short stay property we've stayed in.Peter

We really enjoyed our time at Aloha Kioloa. The location is perfect; back varandah overlooking the bush and kangaroos was the perfect relaxing spot to sit, talk, read and drink a glass of wine. My doggo loved having a yard to explore. Easy walk to beach and bush. House is simple but has all you need. The South Coast has long been a favourite and will continue to be.

We had an extremely enjoyable six day family get-together with 4-5 adults and our dog. The house was exactly as described and better. We found the house extremely clean, roomy and comfortable. The house was well presented inside and out. Open planned Very well equipped large kitchen and dining area adjoining family room which had very big tv and lots of comfortable sofas. All beds were comfortable with nice linen and pillows. Outside covered eating area and big backyard for kids and dog. Neighbourhood was always quiet. Five minute walk to a large uncrowded beach, large dog beach. Five minute walk to nice cafe. Two coffee machines, a large Barista Expresso machine to make a fresh ground coffee and a pod machine. Very good wifi, Netflix on all three tvs. The adjoining new National Park beach walk starts a few minutes from house and within half an hour of a scenic nature hike you have access to several beautiful deserted beaches. Batemans Bay Aldi, Woolies and Coles and restaurants are less than a 15 minute drive away. We had absolutely no complaints throughout our stay. Tim and Deb were great hosts who communicated quickly when needed. Very highly recommended.

It certainly is a Gorgeous Beach House, 100% clean with all of the mod cons and a huge backyard and outdoor patio / deck very suitable and spacious for our very spoilt Golden Retrievers. My wife and I stayed upstairs and our friends with their two 13-year-olds downstairs, perfect privacy when needed. The beach is very dog friendly, and the June & July sunshine was divine. Batemans Bay with it's restaurants, Pubs and Clubs etc., is only 20 minutes away, all in all our 3-weeks in South Durras was truly relaxing.
