Nice house great entertaining area, nice big backyard clean house

A great place for a family to stay. Lots of room and well appointed. Within walking distance of the town and the beach.

We had a relaxing weekend.The property was perfect for us.There were three adults and 2children,one aged 8 the other 13. Easy access to Frankston,Sorrento,Rosebud and Rye. Even though the weather was overcast it didn’t make a difference. I would love to book the property again next time I decide to travel to Rye.

We loved staying at this well kept cottage that has everything u need, very clean and comfortable. Close to a great beach, on a quite street. A good sized spa. Left us with good memories. Definitely a holiday destination we would like to repeat.
