Hawke's Bay pet-friendly rentals

Lovely stay looking out over the garden and fields. Only 15 mins from town. Enjoyed the warm sunny autumn mornings on the verandah. Well appointed cottage with 2 bedrooms and each with a bathroom. Essential food items provided. Very comfortable beds. Warm and cosy. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 6 + the dog stayed 4 days 3 nights during the beginning of April 2024. We had an amazing time. The beach is located at the end of the driveway across the road. The beach is so lovely, plenty of space for the dog, long walks and amazing views. The hosts were fantastic and when we needed birthday candles they came through. The rooms were clean and warm, bathroom / toilet were clean and the whole set up was perfect for our group. We highly recommend this place and we will surely be back!

Traveling with parents and 3 teens. Location fantastic, house and property was amazing. Well equiped and spacious, pool was well utilised.

We cannot convey enough how amazing our stay and overall vacation was and how much we would recommend this property to anyone wanting a truly unforgettable family and / or friends vacation in a great location. This property definitely has the 'wow' factor. My wife and I stayed with our two grown-up sons and the eldest son's fiancé. His fiancé's parents also joined us for three of the seven nights we were there. Diane (the host) was really helpful from the time of booking - several months ago - to the time we checked out, providing advice about things to do and see - and details about local services. The property was beautifully appointed, clean and tidy with everything you need. It provides plenty of space to socialize (wonderful communal areas inside and outside) but also for individual space if you need it (i.e. reading a book or just chilling on the beanbags by the pool). The property has everything you need if you like to cook but also lots of great dining options in nearby Havelock North, including some amazing wineries (with top-notch restaurants) in the surrounding area. Our favorite wineries were (in order): Craggy Range, Church Road and Elephant Hill (although none we tried disappointed) All bedrooms, the main living / kitchen space, outdoor deck and pool have stunning views of Te Mata peak and the river valley which was different with every sunrise and sunset. We'd love to return again in the future as there so much more to see and do.

The cottage was fantastic with very comfy beds. Directly opposite a quiet beach, 15mins south of Napier and 15mins north of Hastings. We loved our stay there and the host Tony the host was very helpful. Highly recommended. A+++

We stayed at this lovely Bluff Hill property in September 2022. We had a lovely time and Mary had thought of everything we could possibly need during our stay. It was a genuine home away from home.
