What an exceptional apartment… superbly maintained with absolutely everything you could ever need & many things you wouldn’t think you need! Such a calm place to return to after a day of sightseeing or wandering on beautiful Ortigia. I loved having breakfast on balcony watching the boats & life starting everyday. Maria Theresa was an exceptional host providing clear instructions, advice & excellent communication both before and during our stay.Best place we have ever stayed.

We stayed with extended family in this lovely spacious villa. The weather was perfect. So warm and sunny that some swimming was done. Our hosts were extremely generous and helpful. The little girls with us loved playing all over the beautiful garden. Very easy to catch trains to Siracusa and Noto We had a wonderful time.

We had three generations of family stay at Patricia’s property as part of our Italian holiday. Our stay was everything you could ask for and the property lived up to its 5 star rating! A joy to have time at this beach property👏👏😁
