Convenient and suitable

Great size home in a beautiful, peaceful location. Looking out over the lake, seeing the lovely swans and watching the sunset was special. Our overseas family loved it. Also very convenient to shops and restaurants.

The property was very clean and neat on our arrival. There was air-conditioning downstairs in the lounge/dining area, in the study and in each bedroom, which was most welcome on some of the very hot days. Located within walking distance of a Woolworths and a park with a nice coffee shop. Handy to the city and to tram and train. Great to be able to park our trailer off the street in the garage. Has a lovely big duel fuel stove and oven. A lovely place to stay with our family. We (in our 60s) found the staircase a little difficult as the hand rail does not go all the way at the top and bottom where it turns. But we figured out how to traverse it safely and would definitely stay again. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jo's cottage. The property is within a 10 minute to the shops, two tram lines and a bus line. Jo was very helpful with any request we had and check-in was very easy.

We had a lively stay. Very comfort apartment. Clean. Great location. The communication was perfect and very friendly. Will definitely return.

Great location, close to shops & the beach. Walk to DFO & South Melbourne markets. Even a shopping trolley in the apartment.

We've used this property while we were painting our house. The location is very convenient and overall the facilities are very nice. The apartment is starting to show some signs of wearing though.
