Had a great stay, great location, clean and comfortable.

This property offered my family a "perfect pause" from the busyness of our everyday lives. The location is within walking distance to the water. The trees surrounding the property provided us with the quietness and privacy that we craved. The overall space and neatly maintained lawns offered our dogs the room to run, explore and play freely. The outdoor setting provided us with quality family time as we enjoyed cheese platters each night. We were able to sit outside with our dogs lazily sleeping at our feet. It was beautiful to see the kangaroos, rabbits and bird life in our own back yard! The living area and spacious couch provided us with the comfort we needed as we watched our favourite shows. The floor to ceiling windows also enabled our dogs to watch us from outside at all times. The aircon was greatly appreciated on hotter days too. We absolutely loved the sense of isolation, the quiet and overall tranquility this beautiful property provided. We would highly recommend this property!!Stacey & family

Loved the property. Great view and we were lucky to also get great weather. Nice and quiet and something I just needed right now. Bought my small dog and loved exploring the property. Great to have all the entertainment on TV, fox, Netflix and You Tube. Highly recommend the place if you are stating in Mallacoota.

Absolutely loved this property. This is how it should be done. The property is beautiful, in such a fantastic location and that view! The house has everything you need and is so well stocked. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Plenty of kitchen utensiles and cooking equipment. The furniture is all so comfy. Great beds and linen. Even better was the little touches of having a dog bed there, which my old girl took full advatage of. It is one of the better properties i have stayed at. You can tell thought was actually put into the property to make it welcoming and homely. I will definitely be back.

This place was great for us, somewhere to relax after a day exploring and fishing. If you need a modest little beach shack with a very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, good kitchen facilities, all in a quiet location then this is it. Kangaroos hang out in the yard all the time, just lounging in the sun with us and the dog. A very chilled out vibe.

Great location away from the holiday crowds, this house is comfortable and would be great for a family or like us, just a couples stay. Master bedroom has a super comfy bed. Entertaining areas on the front deck with uninterrupted views of the back lake and protected, undercover area at the rear, very well lit at night. Wildlife galore, look out for the Lyre birds! Don't forget to bring your Netflix password if that's your thing. It would be helpful to have more info about the property in a folder such as Wi-Fi login.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious cottage with a great enclosed yard for our dog to play. Close to the Mallacoota shopping area.The car entrance is a little tight, but manageable. One suggestion would be to have a house manual outlining local shops, places to eat and where to find the appliance manuals (especially for those who have not used an induction cooktop).
