This place is adorable and surprisingly spacious. Will be sure to book again.

We really appreciated the opportunity to relax in this well presented house. The garden was a great spot for a cuppa & just listening to birdsong. The location made it walkable to all that we needed including the local pool & gym. We hope to visit again soon.

What you see is what you get with this great little cottage. Reminded my daughter of her Nannys home. Conveniently situated a nice quiet area. We had a truely fantastic Retro break. Thankyou to Elders Real Estate also. Paige was a pleasure to deal with. Thankyou. K Mathers

The start was a bit hectic as the owner posted key access number on Stayz, assuming that we did everything on phones, we don't. So it took us an hour or so for Kim to get us the details.The stay was excellent, we were away from crowded areas and yet had good access to Ballina, Byron Bay and other areas around.The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and functional. My friends were a bit skeptical after I booked it, but they had a great holiday and they needed it.We would stay again if we were going to northern NSW again.

A most comfortable house and a 10minute walk to shops, surf beach and the river. Hosts were very responsive too. There's so much to explore around Evans Head, great natural beauty. After morning swims, we enjoyed good coffee and breakfasts in the various cafes and bakeries, learning about the local history at the museums, and some excellent meals at the pub, Thai and Japxican. A great, short stay.

Great location nice cottage. Unfortunately for a power outage for a whole 24hrs resulted in a waste of money to me, plus there were no candles or torch to be found.
