Great location and outlook, kitted out kitchen, heating, comfy bed, library and personal touches with local character. Absolutely loved our stay.

The hosts have thought of so many extras - what a credit to them and it makes a stay away even more exciting to come across those extra special touches! Bath robes, breakfast goods and even take away cups to make an extra coffee to take on the road. A great stay!

We had a lovely time, it was special being right on the beach. The house is very comfortable and we had everything and more that we needed. Branko is a very attentive host who wants to make sure you’re having a nice time. If you’re after peace and quiet, Frogmouth cottage at Primrose Sands is the place to be! Would love to stay again sometime.

What a wonderful location, a hidden gem. Perfect for family stays, with children of all ages. Clean, tidy and well presented. The pool/spa is a wonderful bonus. The beds were perfect, lying on clouds is the best way to describe them. We could not recommend this place more.

Our first stay at the Mill Cottage will definitely not be our last. Everything about at our stay here was exceptional. Susan and Rob were wonderful hosts, so friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention the freshly baked bread. Thank you!! Richmond is a beautiful small town, and the mill cottage located next to Australia's oldest bridge is the perfect location to explore (and a great place to get some beautiful photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pod was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming with many thoughtful touches. The location is secluded with a great view down the valley and with the company of sheep waiting to be sheared. We look forward to a longer stay next time so we can explore more.
