If you are looking for a rural stay in a beautiful bush setting on a private property with nothing but the sound of the running water from the creek in front of the cottage, then this is the perfect place for you. Cottage is smallish and cooking limited to BBQ on deck, ( but who wants to cook with so many great cafes to choose from and such a wonderful filling brekky provided) the bed super comfy, hot great shower, absolute peace and quiet and delightful owner. Chooks and gots add to the. Charm of the property. cottage has a myriad of small thoughtful touches that make it very special. Spoil yourself and stay for a couple of nights ! DO go on a harbour cruise at Akaroa and explore Little River ( lovely little community) but take away LR pub pizza - worst ever)

great location, sitting on the front deck with a wine and takeaway dinner was the best.

Lovely well-equipped cottage in beautiful setting..As older people we appreciated the accessibility features of the cottage.

Loved the birds in the surrounding trees.
