The location for our group was perfect and we all loved the stunning views, the privacy and the outside gardens and terrace surrounding the fabulous swimming pool. The house was spacious and offered opportunities for us all (twelve people) to be together while at the same time allowing everyone their personal space. The barbecue area was lovely and we really enjoyed eating outside under the pergola. The access up a very windy, narrow driveway and the parking were challenging and spotters were required to manoeuvre when reversing; however, such spectacular views made it all worthwhile! The one disappointment was the general lack of maintenance and this did have a negative impact on some members of our group. For example, there was one unsecured and one loose toilet seat, a seriously damaged door which had come off its hinges prior to our occupancy but had not been repaired and the fridge door fell off when we arrived but was also not attended to during our stay (we made a temporary fix.) Another issue of concern was that there appeared to be no electric back up for the solar powered hot water system so if there is a houseful and it is cloudy, there could be issues with hot water supply. These criticisms not withstanding Rozanna gave us an effusive welcome and was a gracious hostess. For example, she organised transport which was both punctual and professional, for us to attend our son’s wedding venue some 20km away. Thank you so much Rozanna, we would happily stay again!
