I recently stayed at this studio for 3 months and had a great experience, especially for a short-term rental. One of the biggest advantages is the location—just a 2-minute walk to the station (Chatswood), with metro trains running every 4 minutes during peak hours and only 10 minutes to the city. Super convenient for anyone working in the CBD.The apartment is also very close to everything Chatswood has to offer. It has multiple grocery options (including Asian grocers), Westfield, Chatswood Chase, and an excellent selection of restaurants and takeaway spots all within walking distance.Inside, the apartment is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. There’s a kitchenette with enough facilities to cook simple meals, which was handy. It also includes a washing machine, dryer, bar fridge, TV, safe, and a comfortable king-sized bed.Another great feature is the on-site gym, which I used frequently—especially helpful during rainy winter days. If you're into ball sports, the nearby football field is a bonus.All in all, it’s a great short-term option for professionals working in the city—comfortable, convenient, and well-located.

The location of the property is excellent, accessible to the beach and grocery shop.

A Home away from Home with an incredible view in the best location. Jeeves was a beautiful host who was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in making our stay feel very special. The house was amazing - it was comfortable, clean, spacious and well thought out. Walking distance to everything, although you can simply stay at the house as it really has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay at Balmain East. The home has a beautiful view, and is very close to the ferry wharf. The area is quiet and feels very safe. We found the beds to be comfortable. Marika was very easy to communicate with both prior to and during the stay. The home is well suited to families.

The property was fantastic for our family of 4. The place had everything we needed and was situated perfectly - close to cafes/restaurants, the shops and a short bus ride to Manly and the Westfield shopping centre. Tina and Mike are lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We would certainly look to stay again on our next trip to Sydney. Thanks for your hospitality and for making us feel so welcome,
