We had the most wonderful Christmas holiday at this perfectly located beachfront house. The ocean breeze on the front deck and view of the ocean, was the ideal setting for happy hour and morning coffee. The house was beautifully decorated with modern, tasteful finishes, including a Christmas tree, creating a festive feel. The hosts went above and beyond, leaving a welcome basket of treats and personal message.The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing our Christmas feast smooth and easy. There was plenty of space for the family, with well planned bedroom arrangements upstairs and downstairs. The beds were super comfy and everything was very clean.Ample car parking made it easy for multiple families to come and go as they needed.The hosts have thought of everything to ensure a relaxing getaway. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate Christmas. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a true beachfront escape, whether it's for Christmas or any other time of the year. We look forward to staying here again.

Layout perfect for multiple adults and families holidaying together and requiring their own space. We had a wonderful stay with our 4 adult children and partners with 3 grand children. Plenty of room. We did feel the house is in need of some TLC. Air con filters were extremely filthy.Couches and chairs are not being moved to clean under.Disgusting. House requires an extensive clean so the regular cleaners wipe down after each visit will be sufficient. In saying this we truly had a great stay particularly enjoyed the pool.

Nice apartment near beach. The only problem got me were the amount of steps from car park to apartment. Only about a 5 minute drive to Yepoon

The rooms are a very good size and the pool area is fantastic, across the road is the beach with a great walking track. Having the restaurant in the complex is really excellent....we would stay there again.
