The house was ideal for two small families, plenty of space for kids to play and adults to unwind. It had everything we needed for a relaxed, no-fuss stay. The location was spot-on for coastal walks and morning coffee runs, and the tennis court was a surprise highlight that got plenty of use. Julie was a lovely, responsive host and made everything easy. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

The house was fantastic for our family catch-up. Plenty of room for everyone and different spaces to be in if needed. The beach across the road was so handy and the views were fabulous. The photos for the property don’t do it justice. The house was immaculate - clean, beautifully appointed and had everything you needed and more. The set up was perfect for our family and enabled privacy for my partner and I and seperate area for the kids to be able to enjoy themselves. The pool, pool table, ping pong, darts and gym all added to our amazing stay. Matt was an excellent host. He kept in touch, answered our questions and helped us extend our stay. The place is brilliant and we would definitely go back again.

Group of family and friends stayed over a long weekend. Incredibly relaxing. Indoor pool was excellent. Superb location. Also probably the cleanest holiday rental I’ve been to before. 10/10

A great property, close to everything and beautiful views over the river. Easily accommodated our family of four. Enjoyed the additional touches like the games, cook books, boogie board and sand toys!While the apartment is modern and immaculately cleaned, if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider one of the rooms at the back and away from Beach Rd as the traffic noise can get a bit much. Otherwise, a great stay and we would go back!

We had a lovely 2 night stay in this beautiful modern apartment. The apartment had everything we needed - 2 living spaces, 2 bedrooms with ensuites, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with a lovely water view! Thank you

Exceptional from start to finish! We loved everything about our stay. Wonderful hosts, amazing ocean view, meticulously clean, comfortable, well-appointed and maintained apartment. Easy, direct access to the beach (no roads to cross) and close proximity to the local shops. It is in a very quiet area, making it peaceful and relaxing. Roz and Kim have thought of everything that you could possibly need during your stay. They were very friendly and helpful ensuring we had a trouble-free stay. We are already looking forward to returning in a few months’ time.
