East Melbourne rentals with pool

Great stay and convenient location. Hosts were very accommodating and always available.

The property was exactly as advertised, beautifully furnished, clean and more than comfortable for longer stays with all the amenities available within the studio loft. Key pickup was no issues, however concierge did not give the clearest directions on how to get to the designated parking spot. Would not recommend for larger vehicles as some very tight corners to get into the north end of the car park. The loft is very conveniently located near Woolworths, tram stop right out of the front, and plenty of places to eat being so centrally located. We will definitely be coming back to stay for longer as we only got to indulge for a weekend!

A very comfortable and convenient stay.

Great few nights. Good size. Good kitchen. Clean and fresh. Perfect for a short walk to the G or the Tennis. We walked through the gardens at the top of the street and loved the neighbourhood. Pearl was a great host who met us to do the key handover and then left us to it. Awesome stay.

The property was great. We found the location to be convenient and the apartment was bright and clean. There were quite a few book and games provided in the apartment which helped keep the kids entertained. We'd happily stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was nicely furnished, clean and extremely comfortable, and the IGA supermarket/liqour store on the ground level is definitely a bonus. We love staying in this area, as it gives us access to many wonderful restaurants, and is easy to make our way in to the city, with Richmond train station at the end of the street. The property is in a perfect location with grocery stores, restaurants, queen victoria markets and central shopping centre/train station all within a 5 minutes walk. It is very easy to travel in this area with it also being in the middle of the free tram zone. The property itself is in a secure highrise building which needs a key tag to get inside. It was very clean and all ammenities we needed were provided. The big floor to ceiling windows facing the city gave us a wonderful view that changed as the day progressed. The only thing to consider is the process of picking up the keys. As you have to go to a different location to pick them up, you need to account for the extra time needed to get inside the property. We were provided with some very helpful videos and in-depth descriptions of the check-in process that helped a lot with making sure it ran smoothly. Overall, it was a beautiful and cozy accommodation at a very affordable price. Will definitely consider staying here again when visiting next.
