We found the place to be like a home away from home. Very comfortable and all amenities were terrific. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming.

My family of four, including a 4yo & 9yo, had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were super friendly and lovely to chat with. The bungalow was perfectly clean and so comfortable! The farm is lovely with sheep, alpaca and chickens. We were incredibly fortunate to see a wedge tailed eagle fly above the property! Location-wise, it’s a 30min drive to fabulous Torquay beach or roam further along the Great Ocean Rd and for supplies - just 20 mins to Waurn Ponds for everything you could need.

Easily the best weekend get-away I have ever stayed at. The perfect location, a stunning house large enough for everyone, a pool complete with incredible view, veggie patch and of course ponies and goats. Thanks Maria and John for the opportunity to experience Charleson Farm for my 50th birthday. We’ll certainly be back in 2024!

Beautiful surrounds. Plenty of native bird's including kookaburras black cockatoos. Our kelpie loved the large garden to play and investigate. We are aiming to visit again next year.

Our family enjoyed this property. Lots of land to explaore and many activities to entertain children. It is unfortunate the pool was not as heated as we were expecting, may be due to insufficient sun for solar heating. Lovely stay

The cottage we had was super clean and spacious. Much bigger than we had expected! The grounds there are stunning to wake up to - we wished we were staying longer! Terry was very helpful and accommodating! We can’t wait to find a reason to come back!
