We had a good time at the property as it was very well kept, clean, close to shops and perfect for family holidays. The host had well thought of the guest needs and provided all everything that would be required. In all great place for the holiday.

We had a lovely stay with friends over the weekend, the property was very well presented and had all the amenities and activities we desired, we even cancelled an excursion we had in favour of extra time by the pool. The beds were all comfortable for every one of the 14 guests, everyone had plenty of room for themselves as well throughout the home. Fantastic bar area which was perfect for socialising in at night and a great snooker table. The setting was very tranquil and relaxing, perfect for winding down. Communication with the host was fantastic, open and extremely helpful throughout our whole stay. Thank you Brookfield Retreat!

This property is everything the listing says but more. It is lovely and bright, has great cross ventilation, the pool area is lovely with a big grassy area, bbqs and tables. Everything is secure, parking is easy. The location is perfect has great access to West End and an easy walk or ferry to the city or South Bank. The host communicates the right amount and is contactable if needed. The check in info and procedure was amazing. We love this place and have recommended it to family already.

Donna was absolutely amazing to deal with! Had a personal welcome and tour of the house, along with snacks and fridge necessities supplied! Was close to local shopping centre and train for transport too! Was a perfect weekend for our friends getaway!

Adult children with partners with us to celebrate my 60th birthday. Great roomy venue with excellent facilities. Highly recommend
