Albert Town ski-in/ski-out rentals

We stopped here for our July school holidays. We found it a great spot, a little out of the hustle and bustle but right next to a great patisserie and central to lots of things. The house was very impressive with enough room for our family of four and snow gear. It was great being able to take a stroll along the Clutha River that’s just a minute away. I hope to return in the not too distant future.

Our stay in Albert Town ticked all the boxes. A beautiful and functional home, with a great yard for the kids, topped off with a stunning outlook of the mountains that surround the area. Albert Town is a very short drive into Wanaka (about 7mins), which was perfect as this region is bustling at this time of year. It meant that we were close to the action, but we could also escape the masses. Our host Jason was super responsive and checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay to ensure we were having a good time. Next time we're in Wanaka, we'll definitely be looking to stay at Jason's place!
