We rented two condos from Randy in the same complex for a family gathering of 13 people.
Both were very clean and well stocked with loads of kitchen supplies, towels and a full laundry. All of the appliances were modern and everything in working order. Beds were comfortable.
The garage had loads of beach gear and bikes which was great. We went for rides around the bay and up to La Jolla each day.
The garage is narrow but we parked our Chrysler Pacifica ok, it's just a bit snug
