We left our run late to book accommodation for our family Christmas and we got very lucky! Clem and Tines had everything we needed including things we didn't even know we needed. Our host was very approachable. Instructions via email and at property were perfect. Impeccably furnished and decorated, this holiday haven has it all. What a beautifully equipped kitchen - top notch appliances (even had a panini press, coffee machine, double wide oven, huge cooktop, so many lovely things over and above expectations). Outside entertaining area was superb - magnificent bbq with outdoor sink and fridge including another dishwasher. Wonderfully appointed laundry with pegs on clothesline. The gardens were a delight to enjoy and we had the added bonus of watching the resident Willy Wagtails feeding their chicks in preparation for leaving the nest. Beds were super comfy. Thanks for having plenty of games/books/dvd's to enjoy). This property is unique in so many wonderful ways - the shade trees were a standout. Thank you for providing essentials - condiments, laundry powder, shampoo/conditioner/body wash - so welcome. Lots of shopping/places of interest options close by. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family to celebrate our holiday

Great location, ample accommodation for our group. Kitchen surpasses other accommodation with utensils & cookware. Surpringly the 1 bath, 2 toilets were manageable with group of 8 & the firepit & BBQ were well received

Absolutely gorgeous Villa in the best location in bunbury!

Tidy, clean and homely B&B, Telperio was the perfect weekend getaway for myself, my partner and our 3 year old dog. Conveniently located close to Dalyellup beach and parks, this accommodation would suit a couple, small family or group, with a pet looking for a quiet stay near the beach. The owners were more than accommodating, going above and beyond trying to make our stay comfortable, and also gave us many recommendations for the local area. I recommend Telperio for a peaceful stay in Dalyellup and look forward to visiting again soon.
