A little gem.

The house is huge and well appointed. We didn't take advantage of the sauna or spa but did enjoy the outdoors area with family who live close by, and the dragonfruit that was in abundance on the property.The very short walk to the beach was fabulous and we certainly took advantage of that.The view of the beach and the sunsets were exceptional.

The place was clean well setup. Beautiful views close to town. If you want to eat out do yourself a favour and eat in the pub and cafe.

This property exceeds expectations. It was perfect for a multi-age family getaway just a short drive from Melbourne but close to the action of Wilsons Prom and Gippsland. We enjoyed the outdoor games area, the well equipped kitchen and the outstanding alfresco area with rolling green hills from nearly every vantage point ... and the roses... the rose garden has the most fragrant roses you will ever smell so if you can come when they are in bloom you are in for a treat but if not the native garden is a hub of bird activity. The beds are comfy and there are lots of heating options if you come in a colder month. We are so glad we visited and hope to visit again.

Comfortable, cosy, well appointed tiny home in a delightful setting with animals abound and close proximity to the Great Southern Bike Trail. Excellent service and support from hosts.

Borough Cottage is an exceptionally comfortable family home. We loved everything about it including the very generous breakfast hamper, the comfy couches and cosy warm bed. Sitting on the verandah enjoying breakfast and watching the resident Eastern spinebill family was a highlight for us birdwatchers. Highly recommended.

We visited the Maru Koala park and this is a stones throw from there. We got more of our animal fix when Shakeera helped us feed some of the farm animals in the morning. For dinner, the Kernot Food and Wine Store is a winner with delicious wood fired pizzas. It’s a cosy little stay and we had a lovely time.

Absolutely wonderful house - clean, well stocked, and super friendly host. The location was great for Phillip Island and we had a fantastic time at the house.
