We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Bingil Bay property! From the moment we arrived (late, mind you), the lights were on for us so we didn't have to navigate in the dark - we were struck by how thoughtfully styled and welcoming the space was.Bingil Bay has a much quieter, tranquil atmosphere compared to down the road at Mission Beach, which was exactly what we needed.Viv and Mick have clearly put so much care into creating a wonderful guest experience. We were delighted to find breakfast provisions and milk waiting for us, which was incredibly thoughtful and practical since we checked in much later than planned. These little touches made all the difference and showed real attention to guest comfort. When we had an issue with some lights, Mick arrived within moments to sort it out for us.The location is also ideal - just around the corner (seriously like a 1 min walk) to Bingil Bay Cafe where we enjoyed excellent coffees and delicious meals throughout our stay. The proximity to the beach was also within easy walking distance. Our daughter was thrilled with the selection of board games available, which provided lovely family entertainment in the evenings. The property truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.We wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful coastal retreat.Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Great place to stay. Has everything you need.

Rochelle and Ian are thoughtful hosts who provide a lovely home away from home experience for travellers. The cabin is cozy but has everything you need for a comfortable place to relax and enjoy. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and evening. The garden is beautiful and fully fenced which helped us to relax as our dog was safe and had a great space to wander around and explore. Rochelle is a dog whisperer and won over our very selective dog. Kurramine beach was a quick trip and Mission beach and Innisfail are 20 minutes drive. We will return as we found the property was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend.

Great location and a very comfortable house to base your stay at mission Beach

We had a great time , Cottage was very comfortable and secluded. Perfect for small families

We had a lovely relaxing Easter at Solitaire with the family! The kids loved the pool and the indoor/outdoor areas were great. The short walk to the beach and town were also appreciated. A floor plan in the listing would help to show the layout of the house, but the separate living and sleeping pavilions worked well for our family. We would love to stay at Solitaire again!
