Cotton Tree ski-in/ski-out rentals

This was a lovely house, spacious and comfortable for our family of five. It was located directly opposite the beach and within a 5-10 minute walk to the main street. It has 5 stories (including the glorious rooftop lounge/BBQ area) so lots of stairs, which was fine for us, but may be a problem for those with mobility issues. It also has access to a common pool and lounge area which also included a spa and sauna.

Great location. Clean, easily accessible unit. Great stay. Enjoyed every minute.

Good property, good location, would stay again

Loved our stay here. The location is perfect, close to beach, shops and eateries. The place was clean and bright. What more could you ask for!

Some issues on check in due to miscommunication with the cleaner but accidents happen and Ian and Jane were beyond concerned with rectifying. Only have good things to say about them. Apartment was exactly as described. Location is great. Would recommend

We’ll equipped unit, tastefully decorated

We had a lovely 3 night getaway at this property. The apartment was beautiful and had a great homey midern feel to it. Heated pool, sauna and spa were great. Close to lots of things eg Pt Cartwright (gorgeous walk and scenery) 15 mins, Mt Coolum (great short hike) 20 mins, shopping plaza (huge and heaps of food places) 7 mins, beach across the road. I would have liked a hairdryer as I forgot mine but everything else was perfect. Thanks for a qonderful stay. Look forward to coming here again!
