Inner City holiday rentals

Great stay in Rotorua. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfectly located in Central Rotorua. Great for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute of our stay. The location is perfect for walking to eat street, beautiful gardens, spas, playgrounds and more. Easy drive to the luge and other attractions. And as for the house, it was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the view while our girls (2yo and 4yo) happily entertained themselves with some of the extras included at the house. If we come back to Rotorua I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

This is a lovely cozy home. Needs a bit of love. Can do with a tumble drier. The kitchen needs some tupperware and extra bowls. Overall it was nice just a pity we were there in a tropical cyclone

Very clean and well equipped. All the extras like milk and tea and coffee were appreciated. Very central location for everything.

Happy with space in house, beds and how central to everything, shops and sites. Highly recommend

Great location, ammenities were comfy, stayed in winter and heating was fantastic, a few staples were left in the pantry which was handy. Overall great and would stay again.

Excellent property if you have lots of people staying. House is so warm. Spa is excellent. House was clean & safe. Close to town
