The duplex is fenced for privacy and each unit has separate access and a garden area for the kids to run around in. The front patio overlooks the swimming pool and there is also a gas BBQ provided for each unit.
Inside each unit there is an open-plan living/dining area with TV and DVD player and a neat well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and stove. There is an internal laundry.
In each unit, the main bedroom is spacious, air-conditioned and has built-in wardrobes and a queen and single bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built-in-wardrobe and ceiling fan and the third bedroom has twin single beds with a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
A bathroom in each unit has a shower and vanity with separate toilet.
The property is fully screened and tiled with ceiling fans throughout.

Rates are for one unit accomodating up to 7 people. An 8th guest can be accomodated at extra cost on a fold-out camp bed. Book both units together and sleep up to 16 people maximum. This property is in a residential area and has a strict no-party policy.
Just a short walk away are shops, cafes, restaurants, beach and the boat ramp. The ferry terminal is a five minute walk or one stop on the handy public bus.
