Lovely home in a really nice community, very walkable to enjoy the fresh air and beach. Lots of restaurants with outstanding seafood. This property is not very good for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise an excellent choice.
We had my parents, my family and my sister's family stay at this house. Everyone enjoyed the location and was a perfect size for everyone. Would definitely stay again.
This was our second stay in two years. The property looked a little worse for wear this year and the wifi disappeared day 2 and never came back on. If you have to work while on vacation, like we do, this is not the place for you.
Perfectly located on Jones Creek for backyard access to kayaking, beautiful sunsets, and short walks to the beach and neighborhood restaurants. The home had ample space for our multi-generational family, ages 11 months to 86 yo. We hope to make it our annual vacation destination!
We have been staying in this area for years. This house has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Big living room for everyone to be together. Close walk to the beach. Dog friendly as well. We stayed here 2 years in a row.
Great location, quiet, plenty of parking, great layout and well stocked with beach accessories. The fit was perfect for our family and the location to beach and walking distance to restaurants . The house wasn’t as clean as expected, spider webs were found in various main locations, it could really use a deep clean. But honestly that is the only negative and we would stay there again!
The property was as advertised and more than met our needs. Parking is somewhat limited but worked for us.
Overall I would recommend the location and accommodations.
My family and I had a wonderful time at this Pine point gem. The home was positively beautiful, spacious and well equipped. We walked to the beach and all the area restaurants. We hope to return next year!
This house was the perfect setting for our stay at Pine Point. My family and I had plenty of room to be comfortable. The listing is exactly as it says and Drew was wonderful to work with.
We had a wedding in Portland and the house at Pine point was the perfect size for our extended family. With all of us getting ready for the wedding at once, the four bathrooms came in very handy. It was nice to be able to go to the beach with the kids on the days leading up to the wedding and after. I would highly recommend anyone staying at this house. It was a home more than a rental.
My family and I had a great time in Scarborough. The house in a great location, close to Portland and across from the beach! The house was plenty big for a little family reunion. We would definitely come back! Thank you!
My family and I attended a wedding in Portland Maine and we all staying at Drew's place. There was plenty of room for all seven of us and the house is conveniently located just two blocks from the beach. Everything was in order and in working condition. There is a lovely backyard area as well that overlooks the inlet area with beautiful views. Highly recommend the house for larger groups, thanks Drew!
This was our second stay at the house. There were 6 of us at the house. We love the huge living room where we could relax in the evening and all sit and enjoy our coffee in the morning and plan our day. Having the 4 bathrooms in the house is a plus! We all had our own. That is hard to find! We will be back!

Wonderful vacation home
I recently stayed here with a large family group and we loved the property. The layout of the house is great, allowing for time together and also enough room to spread out and not be on top of each other all the time. When we arrived, the trash bins were full but one quick message to Drew and it was taken care of immediately. He was very responsive to any messages both before and during my stay. The only minor thing that I would mention was a little disappointing was that nearly all of the windows had no window screens, so we weren't really able to let the sea air into the house at all. But overall, the property was beautiful, clean, updated and very enjoyable for our family. Thanks for a great vacation!
This is a great property and place to stay in Old Orchard Beach ME. Nicely located to get to any attraction you want to go to in Southern Maine. It was easily large enough for 6 adults and 2 kids under 7. There are 3 full bath rooms upstairs and one downstairs as a part of the laundry room. Running the shower in each bath simultaneously did not seem to bother the hot water heater at all. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking although we did not cook. It has plenty of laundry capability and there was detergent for the dishwasher and the washer. If you are driving (you almost have to) I would recommend a smaller vehicle just to be able to park it easily in the breezeway between the main building (this one) and the 2nd rental.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Great location but property needs love
We loved location in south of Maine after staying for a week in Acadia.
Easy access to highways and restaurants.
The property was not clean and I did communicate with Drew. I gave him a list so future clients would enjoy the property.
Construction start the week before our stay. We met the neighbors. However. The only view we had was from the kitchen was block with a huge pile of dirt, a whole and all the tools, trash from construction.
Our standards are high and I thought for the price we paid ( same as the property the week before). Not good.
We went from the 4 season to motel 6.
Sorry need to be honest. If you want to be at the beach, with kids and not expecting a high end property could be your deal.
The biggest concern was cleanliness, quality of furniture.
The house was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Check-in was easy but the only info was a tired sheet taped to the fridge. At this price point, a welcome note (and bottle of wine) would be nice. Also, very little info on surrounding area—things to do, restaurants, places of interest. I know the internet exists for that but a local perspective would have been welcome. Some of the furniture is a bit tired. Wi-Fi was spotty at best. Apparently the router is in the adjoining house—we got the “extenders.” Also, right on the main road. Back yard was great as it was right on the marsh—but the back yard was for the tenants in the attached house. Our “yard” was on the side of the house. Some of the chairs in the yard had cushions that were left out rain or shine—meaning wet cushions when you sit. Again the space was nice but the overall impression was one of an absentee owner with insufficient attention to the finer details.
