Consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 2 single beds (1 x bunks) plus 1 x double sofa beds (in lounge). BYO sheets and pillowcases.

Lounge and bedrooms have electric heaters. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates along with all necessary pots and pans.

Open plan dining/lounge room with TV, DVD player, Radio cassette/CD player supplied. Laundry contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Large, well-maintained and fenced backyard with barbecue facility.

Located just minutes from Dutchies Stone Grill Restaurant, Dr Food take away food and an IGA general store. Close to the bike track that takes you back over the bridge to San Remo or further on into Cowes. This position is just perfect!
