Overlooking Manly Cove (Sydney Harbour) for the most spectacular views in Sydney with the privacy of an adjoining native reserve.
Wake up every morning to the sounds of waves on the shore, the cries of white cockatoos in the trees, boats bobbing on the water and the sparkling expansive harbour vista.
After your morning swim in the harbour enclosure, a walk along the foreshore or playing with the children on the sandy beach 50m from the garden gate,
enjoy a breakfast taking in all the sights and sounds of Manly cove.
Entertaining is a delight with the BBQ on the balcony, outdoor table setting (and another on the top terrace) balcony lounge setting, and a large open plan dining/lounge area extending out from the kitchen. Otherwise relax in front of the plasma TV with innumerabe DVD selections.
The contemporary well appointed kitchen looking out to the view adds another element to culinary pleasure.

The house is next to Sydney Harbour National park for watersports, bush walks, fishing and easy stroll to Manly.

Even better, a swing set awaits the younger children beyond the garden gate besides the endless water games and swimming in the harbour swimming enclosure. If all else fails and you have a difficult child, an X Box 360 is available for those moments in search of electronic fun.
Ordinarily resided in by the owners, this special house is made available primarily during school holiday periods so that more may benefit from its charm.
