This 25 acre Farm Stay, has a delightful 3 bedroom house that can sleep up to 10 max (not including cot)

With Panoramic views spanning across 100 acres of vines of the two neighbouring Estates, is the most beathtaking spot you\'ll ever stay in, in the Hunter.

The cottage is extemely well equipped for self contained accommodation with a warm homely feel, it has an immediatly fenced garden around the home, secured for pets and children, with a huge outdoor lounge with patio heater, 6 burner gas BBQ, day beds and double hammock to be enjoyed all year round opposite the fenced pool.

Located immediately off the Wine Country Drive, in the Old North Road.

SLEEPING CONFIGURATIONS

The Retreat can sleep up to 10 adults maximum. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:-
1)Room 1- One Double bed
2)Room 2- Two Single beds (which can be pushed together)
3)Room 3- Two Single beds (which can be pushed together)
4)Two Double sofa beds in the lounge
5)One travel Cot and basinet (if required)

All bedding and linen provided.
