This 25 acre working farm, has a delightful 3 bedroom cottage that can sleep up to 10 max, with separate Managers Residence.

With Panoramic views of "Barrington Tops" from the front door, and the "Broken Back Ranges" from the rear, the scenery either side spanning across 100 acres of vines of the two neighbouring Estates, is the most beathtaking spot you'll ever stay in, in the Hunter.

The cottage has an extemely well equipped kitchen for self contained accommodation, it has an immediatly fenced garden around the home secured for pets and children. A 6 burner gas BBQ with huge outdoor heated lounge, day beds and double hammock to be enjoyed all year round opposite the fenced pool.

Located immediately off the Wine Country Drive, in the Old North Road.

SLEEPING CONFIGURATIONS

The Retreat can sleep up to 10 adults maximum. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:-
1)Room 1- One Double bed
2)Room 2- Two Single beds (which can be pushed together)
3)Room 3- Two Single beds (which can be pushed together)
4)Two Double sofa beds in the lounge
5)One travel Cot and basinet (if required)

All bedding and linen provided.

* Beach Towels for the pool


Baby Sitting services are available through an external agency, please ask Claire for further details if you require this service.


NOTE:
Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool (but can swim in one of the 4 dams, if they need to cool off), it de-sanitizes it for other guests and may incur a charge for professional cleaning of the filters. Many thanks in advance to responsible pet owners.
