The Villa Treasure Beach is a modern property with 4 bedrooms and free Wi-Fi internet, located in the heart of Albufeira Marina. Just 5 minutes by car from the most beautiful golden beaches of """"Peneco"""" and """"São Rafael"""", this house is the idyllic setting for a holiday with family or friends, with a private pool and games room on the lower floor with a ping-pong table and elliptical to keep in shape.



The property has 1 double room on the ground floor and 3 rooms with single beds on the upper floor with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views of the Marina. All rooms have air conditioning.



The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and kettle.



The spacious and bright living/dining room has air conditioning, comfortable sofas and satellite television. The sliding doors provide access to the outside area of the swimming pool where you will find sunbeds to relax and enjoy the magnificent Algarve sun.



In the outdoor space, you will find a traditional Algarve barbecue that will allow you to prepare delicious meals.



Located in the beautiful Marina of Albufeira where there are several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket, a short car journey (20 minutes on foot) from this property you will find the charming old town along the Fishermen's Beach and the Albufeira Strip, with quality restaurants, bars, shops and lively nightlife.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
